Stuffed Fork Tender Ribs


Let’s cook ribs in the oven. First, we have to wash two slabs of ribs and remove the tough membrane. Then pat dry with a paper towel. Rub both sides with salt and ground pepper. Add the stuffing minced onion and garlic with salt, bay leaf, and pepper. Stack one slab of rib on the other and join together with toothpicks. While preparing the ribs pre-heat oven to 500 degrees F. Cook ribs in 500 degrees F for 30 minutes, then lower down the heat to 350 degrees F. Cook ribs for 1 and 1/2 hours. With a total of 2 hours.
