Of course – starting later in the process does not remove the need to re-visit the earlier stages. If an ITT has just turned up on your desk, you still need to answer questions posed in the steps you have seemingly skipped past. Starting late doesn’t mean you will lose, but it sure does mean you need to work a lot harder to catch up with the competition.
